Two-lap sea swim in Tenby's North Beach, often with real Atlantic swell, followed by the famous zig-zag run up to transition.

Bike2,400 m (7,874 ft) elev.

Brutally hard Pembrokeshire loops: relentless short steep climbs, narrow hedge-lined lanes and exposed coastal wind.

Run400 m (1,312 ft) elev.

Four-lap run with the punishing climb up St John's Hill every lap, finishing through Tenby's packed streets.
