A cool Atlantic race on the Vendée coast: rolling bike, flat promenade run and a strong French race-day atmosphere.
Atlantic swim in the sheltered bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, cool water with a rolling beach start.
Rolling Vendée countryside loops on quiet lanes — no long climbs but constant undulation and coastal wind.
Flat run along the Remblai promenade and around the harbour, with crowds the whole way.
