Very well organised race. T1 & T2 in the same place, a football stadium beside the lake. The race start was later than other races: 11am. The swim is in a pristine austrian lake and was the ideal temperature. The bike course was stunning but not without its difficulties, including a mountain pass which peaks at 13% gradient. Despite that, it's still quite a fast course and the roads were in perfect condition. The run was a nice 2 1/2 lap out and back course around the lake. It was quite flat and the aid stations were well located. This being Austria, there was even Redbull. The finish line is on the main little cobbled street of Zell am See. All together, a really well organised race in a stunning alpine town. Definitely worth doing.
