Challenge Taiwan is a full-distance race on Taiwan's east coast, famous for its exceptionally fast purpose-built lake swim, spectacular rift-valley bike course and passionate local support.
3.8 km two-lap swim in Flowing Lake, a purpose-built rowing lake - flat, calm, warm and among the fastest swims in the sport.
180 km out-and-back on the Highway 11 and 197 roads through the East Rift Valley; rolling with a few sustained climbs, ocean and mountain scenery throughout.
42.2 km multi-loop marathon on flat riverside and lakeside paths around Taitung Forest Park.
