Challenge Gunsan-Saemangeum is a middle-distance race on Korea's west coast, best known for the dead-flat ride along the record-breaking Saemangeum Seawall.
1.9 km sheltered sea swim inside the Saemangeum seawall basin - flat, protected water with minimal current.
90 km ride along the 33 km Saemangeum Seawall, the longest man-made seawall in the world; completely flat, fully closed and extremely fast, though exposed to crosswinds.
21.1 km flat run on the coastal road and promenade near the seawall gateway.
